Such a shame that awful management and upkeep spoiled what could be a lovely hotel. We checked out early because of all the problems we had and were told we would get a refund. Since then the manager has refused to process a refund and refuses to respond to messages. I have never felt so ripped off by a hotel This is in NO way a 4 star hotel, the facilities and condition are barely 3 stars. We booked for a week in September to find that our room, a bungalow suite, was shabby, dirty and in need of repair. There was no wifi at all at the room and no mobile reception, we had to ask especially for a coffee machine which seemed to be a problem. The shower didn't work! What was worse was the staff and management. Staff were having audible arguments over breakfast service, we were made to feel like a nuisance for asking for foods which had run out. Cleaning staff just left bags of dirty laundry from other rooms on our porch. A change of management and a refurb is seriously needed!!
This is one of the most beautiful hotels I have ever stayed in. The views are stunning and the hotel is clean and well taken care of. Alessandra in reception was really kind and accommodating as well as the rest of the staff. I highly recommend staying here!
Fabulous hotel , amazing service, very friendly front desk with amazing views. The pool is huge and the private rock beach is a gem . Loved it . We would definitely stay there again and highly recommend it . Thank you to the owner lady and the friendly evening bar service ☺️
An amazing place! We were there for a week, and we were absolutely charmed by this hotel! The seascape is outbreathing, the park is made with much taste, as much as our room which is so elegant!! It was a great week, a genuine italian dream 😊 (special mention for the swimming pool 😮)
This place is a true hidden gem—incredible and vast private views of the sea, private access to swimming, tasteful design throughout, beautiful landscaping, etc. the staff is top notch and I felt very welcomed. Also the restaurant served some of the best food I had in Castro. Highly recommend
Such a beautiful hidden gem. You walk the property only to continue to be impressed by the views, the design and the range of facilities for this cliff side locations. The food was also incredible- mussels for days and such good pasta!
Amazing place! I could not recommend enough. Incredible for family trips, romantic trips, weddings. The family who own the hotel are super fun and accommodating. Top class all around.
Unforgettable seaside magic on the cliffs in Puglia. Has all of the amenities to never have to leave (sea access, pool, bar, tennis and bocci , restaurant)… And it’s just a short walk to Castro town and marina if you need a boat rental, pizza or gelato. We will be back!
